DIRECTIONS

Adult Dosage: Take 1 capsule 1-2 times daily with meals. For prolonged use, consult a health care practitioner.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Rice Maltodextrin, Veg Capsule (hypromellose, water), Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source), MCT (medium chain triglycerides), Silica.
